I met Natascha when I had my gallery in Berlin. She participated in the group show "Cock and Bull" stories, celebrating the art of fantastic and delusional ideas. I experienced Natascha as a deep-thinking, investigative artist who examines identity, vulnerability and empowerment. I also participated twice in her project The Letting Go and was in awe of how incredibly empowering and healing it is, with its emphasis on care, radical honesty and time.
Natascha works as an artist and a coach with 30 years of experience. Interdisciplinary, she combines methods from psychology, neuroscience, somatic practices and performance art. This approach enables her to empower people and projects very effectively, helping to move us beyond fears and blocks and into our power.
During the evening, we'll playfully learn about Natascha's methods and projects and explore the tension between belonging and alienation, and our dark and golden shadow.
