The Food Culture Project offers multi-sensory experiences and hands-on, real-life educational tools, making food culture tangible and food literacy accessible. Our programs target audiences beyond the 'food bubble', connecting educators, artists, chefs, producers, nutritionists and scientists. As food itself, and food and eating culture serve as a unifying element central to our existence, The Food Culture Project illuminates and investigates changes in our societies, and preserves food culture as an indispensable heritage, ultimately igniting curiosity and providing tools for consumers to make sensible choices serving both personal and planetary health.
