I produce events exploring food culture to highlight connections between food, art, and design. I enjoy reaching a larger audience outside the “food bubble” to create awareness of the complexity of agricultural practices.

TABLE TALK DINNERS
A TABLE TALK DINNER is a single or series of dinners at which the audience, guests, clients, or teams are invited to actively participate in a stimulating dialogue with the invited experts and moderators. The table has no seating order, creating an initial situation with no hierarchy.
Perhaps there is a topic dear to your heart that you wish to converse about in-depth and over several hours?
The engineered conversation at dinner intends to help people discover their common humanity by learning about and respecting their passions, synergies, or different opinions.
A TABLE TALK DINNER is a well-researched occasion for a lively, engaging conversation, and therefore won’t be hindered by the presence of waiters, who may interrupt while serving. Consequently, the table talk dinners are self-served.

- Select and invite key experts, or let us help with our vast network
What we do
- Familiarize ourselves with your topic
- Moderate and manage the table talk from A-Z: manage the guest list, invite and remind, find or create fact-supporting artifacts, produce supporting materials: text and image (either as a slide show/video projection or printouts)
- Provide a suitable venue, if not in a specific location of your choice
- Supply delicious food and drinks, always thematically adapted to the occasion
- Fee/person: € 50 (covers food and drinks, cooking/catering fee*)
- Venue rental: € 600

WILD FORAGED FOOD DINNER
Explore the wild flavors of foraged wild herbs, leaves, flowers, and fragrances from trees: all seasonal and regional. Enjoy an unforgettable culinary adventure, where you and your guests can taste and learn about our herbal heritage and the culinary history of foraging.
This seven-course intimate experience dinner is prepared and cooked with a focus on foraged wild foods. You will not only taste the incredible flavors of our wild edibles, but also gain an understanding of how they are currently used, including the culinary and medicinal role they played in the past.

quick facts
- Costs: fee/person: € 100 (covers food and drinks, cooking/catering fee*)
- Venue rental fees: The dinner event can take place in your own home if you have enough seating and tableware for the number of guests you wish to invite. Any rented equipment will be charged at cost. The location fee for dinners at my location, or at one of my partner locations, is € 250 (for a maximum of 10 people). Dinners for more than 10 people will take place at a chosen, hired location with rental fees ranging anywhere from € 600 – € 800.
